Four things that are built and switched off while we get the essentials right, and what each one will do for your shop.

A few things are finished and switched off. Not because we’re unsure about them, but because we’d rather have selling, paying and posting working properly for everyone first, then turn the rest on one at a time and watch each one.
Nothing here needs anything from you. When one opens up it appears in your dashboard where you’d expect it.
Custom orders
Shoppers will be able to ask you for a bespoke piece through your shop. You send back a proposal with a price and a date you can make it by, and they pay for it through Luma like any other order, with the same protection on both sides.
It’ll be your choice whether you take them at all. There’s a switch under Manage shop → Operations, off by default, and shops that have it on carry a badge so shoppers know who to ask.
Shop analytics
How many people viewed each of your listings, favourited it, started checkout and went on to order, with your revenue and average order alongside.
It’s the difference between guessing why something isn’t selling and knowing whether anyone has seen it. The view counting is already running, so there’ll be real history to look at rather than an empty chart.
Discount codes
Your own offers, as a code a shopper types in at checkout. A percentage or a fixed amount, on your whole shop or on chosen listings.
Ours is a shop-by-shop thing, so you set the terms and you decide when it runs. Redeeming a code already works at checkout, so this is the half that lets you make one.
Market and fair dates
Where you’ll be selling in person, listed on your shop page so someone local can come and find you.
Add the market’s name, where it is, the date and times, and any notes. Past dates drop off on their own at the start of the following month.
How you’ll know
This page lists whatever is still to come, and your dashboard carries a short version of it. Both shorten as each one opens up, so if something has gone from here, it’s live.
